Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached).

  • We cannot accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

Return Process:

  2. Once your return is approved, you will be given instructions on how to send the item back to us.

  3. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • We take great care in packaging your order to prevent damage during shipping. However, if your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the damage.

  • We are not responsible for any damages that occur during the shipping process. Once an item leaves our warehouse, we cannot guarantee its safety during transit.

  • In the case of damaged or defective items, we may offer an exchange or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Exchanges:

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and secure, and track your package once shipped.
